House and Cuddy sitting in a tree... what?

YES. House is in luuuuurve, who would have thunk it?

Its hard to imagine after 7 seasons of the thrilling medical show centered around a brilliant doctor who doesn't play by the rules and is emotionally dead inside can actually find a way to care so much about his complete medical opposite.

This caused much discussion in my own house last night, as avid viewers of the show watched their hero show his softer side.

So what does this mean when love is involved? I think some people can look at the positive and understand that characters have to evolve no matter who they are, and after seven years of sexual tension somethings gotta give. Who knows, with a real relationship with someone who actually cares about him, House's character may actually be able to go somewhere other than the brilliantly snarky scrooge-like doctor.

Or, will this risk not pay off? What if people are so turned off that they turn away from a show that's always been consistent (a reason why I really have never been turned on to the show in the first place). This isn't their ordinary House, and they aren't happy about it.

I guess time will tell, but it was VERY suspicious to see both House AND Cuddy's faces after they said goodbye during that exchanging of "i love you"s. Very interesting, maybe the writers know what they are doing after all?
